When you use Fareobuddy, you accept these Terms and Conditions. They are created to protect and promote a safe environment for you and other users of Fareobuddy.

Fareobuddy is an online travel search and booking facility. The services should only be booked for valid reasons via the Fareobuddy platform and/or their respective service/airline partners.

Users have to be truthful and accurate with their information while making reservations. When information is inaccurate or incomplete in the records of the user, issues will arise with the reservation. Fareobuddy can accept no responsibility for errors made by the user as a result of incorrect or incomplete information.

The prices and availability of fares to the airlines are subject to change as dictated by the airline. Fareobuddy will always attempt to provide accurate and timely pricing, and availability information; however, there are times when fares and or availability may change without notice and that all users should verify the price and or availability prior to creating a new reservation.

Fareobuddy functions as an agent or intermediary between you (the user) and the airline or service provider. The airline or service provider's booking policy will apply to your Fareobuddy Reservations and therefore will take priority.

Users are not allowed to use the Fareobuddy site in an unlawful way or to attempt to damage/destroy or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of our site by making fraudulent reservations.

Fareobuddy may change their terms of use from time to time. The ongoing use of the Fareobuddy website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
